The CyberArk team supports the technology that provides user Identity life-cycle, authentication and role-based authorization of access for our corporate systems. We need a person with strong IT support and system integration experience to be part of this dynamic and fun team and provide support to our privilege account management solution (CyberArk). The successful candidate needs a broad IT technical background, and should be a well-organized, systematic problem-solver with a proven experience in user account and access management. The candidate should have working knowledge of general security as it pertains to industry best practices and security policy implementation at an enterprise level. General Windows & Linux account administration along with database access management experience would be an asset. 


In this role you will:
  • Assist with the implementation of CyberArk Privileged User Access Management (PUAM) solution
  • Troubleshoot issues related to of CyberArk Vault, CPM and PVWA
  • Assist with the support for PSM for Servers and PSM for Databases
  • Help to provide support in administration of CyberArk Enterprise vault which should include:
    • Safe Management tasks
    • Master Policy Management tasks
    • Platform Management tasks
    • Account Management tasks
    • Access Management tasks - Access to PVWA, Access to Safes and Access to Accounts.
    • Experience with SSH Key Manager.
  • Assist with the integration of CyberArk with LDAP based directories like Active Directory, OID, ODSEE, SunOne, OUD, etc.
  • Help in configuring and supporting Radius (or multi-factor) based authentication.
  • Help in configuration and integration of CyberArk vault with SIEM solutions, Hardware Security Module (HSM) and ticketing systems
  • Help support configuration and administration of Application Identity Management solution
  • Troubleshoot system related issues and manage components in a production environment and provide proactive maintenance
Basic Requirements:
  • 1+ years of progressive Platform and system integration experience with CyberArk
  • 1+ years of experience with all of the following OS platforms - Windows, Linux, and Unix (HP-UX, AIX, and Solaris.)
  • 1+ years of experience with Network and Network security components such as switches, routers and firewalls
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related experience
  • Working knowledge of JDBC/ODBC connectors created in coding languages like Java and .NET
  • Working knowledge of Middle-Ware platforms like WebLogic, WebSphere, JBOSS and IIS
