Join our Technology Risk team and help Federal clients address information and technology risks related to cyber security, data leakage, identity and access management, and data security.
Work you’ll do
As a Project Delivery Manager (located at Scott Air Force Base) in the Technology Risk group you will:
  • Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the client’s mission through the management and guidance of multiple work streams, teams, and clients
  • Support engagements related but not limited to Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management
  • Provide input to key deliverable structure and content, as well as facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels
  • Direct timely delivery of quality work products for the client
  • Provide professional development of junior staff performing the role of counselor and coach, as well as providing leadership and support
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining DoDAF-compliant architecture computer models
  • Providing security architecture/engineering inputs needed to develop mission area, domain, and program/node architectures to ensure that they accurately reflect existing (As-Is), planned (To-Be) and optimal (Should-Be) IT infrastructure capabilities and capturing IT infrastructure requirements for subsequent inclusion in AFSPC/CC’s cyberspace portfolio;
    Providing security architecture/engineering analysis and programmatic recommendations to develop Transition Plans (a.k.a., Roadmaps, Implementation Plans, Integration Plans, Master Plans, etc) for the transition from the As-Is to the To-Be or Should-Be architectures.

  • Typically has 7 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
  • Ability to support engagements of greater than average size and complexity
  • Ability to lead multiple teams and multiple clients with confidence
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and manage junior staff and further their professional growth
  • Ability to maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
  • Effectively document security requirements to inform development of mission area, domain, and program/node architectures
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with other architects in development of DoDAF-compliant architecture computer models
  • Five (5) years experience as an Information Assurance/Security Specialist on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician level I or Information Assurance Management level I (IAT or IAM Level I) certification is required.
  • Experience working with the SparX Enterprise Architecture Software is required. Preferred: DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician level II or Information Assurance Management level II (IAT or IAM Level II) certification.
  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
  • DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician level II or Information Assurance Management level II (IAT or IAM Level II) certification.
