Dynamic atmosphere
Over the years our work has been funded largely by the Department of Justice and they will continue to be a valued partner for us. You will help ensure that we have an energetic, creative, future-oriented culture.

Professional development
If you are currently in the number two spot in an organization and looking for the chance to let your innovation and leadership shine, this is your chance. If you're comfortable in positions in which your activities are proscribed and your options for innovation are limited, this isn't the role for you. On the other hand, you may be itching to leave that kind of job behind. You'll need strong creativity as well as the ability to inspire and motivate creativity in others. You should be courageous about trying new things and taking risks. You won't shy away from picking up the phone and reaching out to major private sector players.

Relationship-building will be important in this position. You'll rely on others, at all levels of NW3C, to accomplish your goals, and we place a high value on collaboration. In addition, you'll interact extensively with external contacts, including clients and partners.

Ultimately, your success will depend on your ability not only to embrace our mission, but also to envision the potential of the organization to make even bigger strides toward achieving the mission.
