Parsons has Cyberspace Fires (Targets) Analyst openings to directly support a critical customer in the central MD area.  We’re looking for experienced Cyberspace Fires (Targets) Analysts who are ready to take their career to the next level with Parsons.  Join our team and join best-in-industry cyber warriors who are dedicated to providing superior service in support of national defense objectives. 
Cyberspace Fires (Targets) Analysts are on the front-lines of cyberspace operations, assisting in the coordination of joint strategic and operational planning and execution of joint fires, targeting, capability pairing, and threat mitigation in support of the Cyber Mission Force and other operations.  Cyberspace Fires Analysts support planning in OCO and DCO throughout the entire Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP) and synchronize and de-conflict Special Access Program/Special Technical Operation (SAP/STO) capabilities with operational planning.  Fires Analysts may also participate as the Fires SME in exercises and assist with all aspects of cyber advanced targeting, to include interagency planning, joint targeting board support, cyber weapons capability analysis, target systems analysis, target materials production, collateral effects estimate, and joint planning group support.

  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Fires and/or Targeting
  • Minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification

Bachelor’s Degree = One year of experience
Master’s Degree = Two years of experience
Ph.D. = Three years of experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
