Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in the architecture, engineering and sustaining activities to build and maintain a world class and high-availability Directory Services infrastructure
  • Responsible for identity Infrastructure includes, but not limited to (Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, PKI, and IAM solution)
  • Collaborate and work closely with Business Application and Engineering teams to provide identity and access solutions
  • Ensure that day-to-day operational requirements and SLAs are met
  • Proactive process improvement including problem management, headroom, and capacity planning to reduce repeat of incidents and issues
  • Maintain key operational metrics and provide regular updates to upper management
  • Active member of the ITOps on-call rotation

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years “expert” level of Active Directory Design/Build/Migration/Support experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years integration level and support experience with Okta and PKI (SaaS and On-Prem) solutions
  • Minimum of 3+ years IAM solution
  • Experience with Windows Desktop OS, Windows Server OS, Exchange Servers, WSUS, KMS
  • Understanding and working knowledge of VMware (ESX) and networking basics (DNS, DHCP, NPS, ISP)
  • Retain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments for Directory Services, Identity and security technologies
  • Security and compliance knowledge
  • Cross-platform Unix/windows administration as well as, scripting / power shell, Python skills
  • “Can do” attitude and strong customer service and track record on delivering quality results
  • Ability to provide reliable technical support and guidance on complex issues in a high velocity, dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers and upper management
  • Ability to reprioritize competing demands
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

It is desirable for the candidate to have:

  • MCITP or other Microsoft related certifications
  • Global or international experience preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast changing competitive environment
  • Self-driven and be able to work with minimal supervision

Education:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
